5. Services Description

VaultPay provides a platform for:

  • Storing cryptocurrencies in digital wallets
  • Depositing and withdrawing cryptocurrencies
  • Viewing cryptocurrency market data
  • Managing your cryptocurrency portfolio

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

You may deposit supported cryptocurrencies to your wallet addresses. Deposits are credited after the required network confirmations.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to:

  • Identity verification requirements
  • AML compliance checks
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts
  • Network fees (deducted from withdrawal amount)

Important: To process withdrawals, you must have at least 8% of the withdrawal amount verified on an ID-verified cryptocurrency exchange. This requirement is part of our AML compliance program.

7. Fees

We may charge fees for certain Services, including:

  • Network fees for transactions
  • Withdrawal fees
  • Trading fees (if applicable)

Current fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for illegal purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Use automated systems to access our Services
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VaultPay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through our website or email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding obligations.
